My Pita Pies are pita pies made hand made from scratch with home-made phyllo dough, rolled out into paper thin thickness, and then filled with fresh ingredients! No preservatives.
When asked, what is your favorite food, I always say “My Pita Pies!” I hope you will say the same!
My Spanakopita recipe originated from my Father, born in the village of Velvendos, Greece and its flavor tells its story.
We combine traditional Greek preparations with local ingredients for authentic and delicious dishes.
