My Pita Pies are currently shipping using UPS as our third party shipping carrier.

Shipping zones -

• One Day: Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Delaware, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

• Two Day: All other states not listed above.

  *Shipping Days are currently only Wednesdays and Thursdays, except special holiday shipping.

  *We automatically select expedited shipping for all orders, and you can expect the order to be shipped within 1, 2 or 3 business days.

  *Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST on Monday will be shipped the following shipping week.

  *SHIPPING IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY. Because of the hot weather, shipping is not available during June, July and August.

  Shipping Guarantee

  * Shipments can be delivered only to a street address within the United States

  * UPS will not deliver to a P. O. Box

  * Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

  * My Pita Pies is not responsible for any UPS delivery delays due to the high volume the UPS experiences during Holiday’s.

• Can I have an order shipped to Multiple addresses?

  • At this time, our site can only process orders with one shipping address at a time.

• How do I track my order?

  • Tracking information included in order confirmation emails Once you place an order, you’ll receive an automated email confirming that your order was received. Once we create a shipping label for your order, you will receive an automated email notification with a tracking number, that you can use to track your order. Reminder to look out for shipment and immediately unpack, check products for quality and place in fridge or freezer.

  GUARANTEED FRESHNESS

  My Pita Pies are made daily with local and fresh ingredients. All deliveries are sent overnight or two day in a vacuum sealed bag, insulated box with ice packs to ensure the quality and freshness of products during transit. The ice packs may no longer be frozen upon arrival, this is ok! The ice pack helps the product stay cold during transit and may be thawed by the time your package arrives.

  For best results: Cut along the edges of the Vacuum sealed bag. Remove Pita from Vacuum sealed bag. Follow heating and storage instructions on the flyer provided. My Pita Pies can be refrigerated and consumed within 4 days of delivery or Frozen up to 4 weeks.

  To freeze and store: Keep whole or cut in desired pieces and place in a plastic container and put wax paper in between the pita’s so they won’t stick together.
